Will MacFarland
Board Chair

Will holds a Master’s degree in Management from Walsh College, and is a multi-disciplinary coach, mentor, and results-driven leader with an emphasis on people and processes.
As a multi-unit Director of Operations for over 15 years at Macy's Inc., his focus was strategic leadership within this highly competitive and customer-focused environment. Will was recognized as an innovator with a proven track record of talent and performance improvement.
Tori Carraway
Board Vice President

Victoria Carraway is a Business Development Specialist with over six years of experience in financial banking and over fourteen years of non-profit involvement. Her extensive background includes holding multiple titles as Miss Michigan, organizing community events and facilitating financial literacy classes as an MCUL Certified Financial Coach. Tori’s mission is to equip individuals with the tools needed for financial stability. In her current role at Diversified Members Credit Union, her passion for business has grown, prompting her to pursue a degree in Business Management, which she aims to complete by 2026.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tori is the Co-Owner and Co-Designer of Carraway Creations, a décor rental and styling company she founded with her husband, Jeray Carraway, in 2020. Together, they are dedicated to offering high-quality rentals, ensuring that luxury is accessible for everyone’s milestone events.
Tori is not only a devoted wife, but also a mother of three children. She plans to leverage her expertise in finance and business to contribute to the PARClife Foundation Board’s overall
Virginia Masson
Board Secretary

Virginia is an Artist, Certified Intentional Creativity Teacher & Coach, and Grief Recovery Coach, working with adults and older children using creativity to access emotions, healing, and their dreams for the future.
Michael Brown
Board Treasurer

Michael Brown is a dedicated board member of the PARClife Foundation, committed to advancing the organization’s mission of supporting individuals with autism and related learning differences. He actively contributes to developing educational, vocational, and employment initiatives designed to foster independent living and empower individuals to thrive beyond school.
With over eight years of experience in the credit union industry, Michael serves as a Branch Manager, specializing in business development, loan services, and financial coaching. As a Certified Credit Union Financial Coach (CUNA), he leads financial literacy seminars and provides one-on-one financial guidance to community members. Beyond his professional role, Michael extends his impact through active community involvement. He sits on the boards of both the Rotary Foundation and the Novi Community Coalition, helping foster community growth through meaningful partnerships and outreach programs. Michael is passionate about promoting inclusion, with a particular focus on creating employment pathways and dispelling stigmas surrounding independent living for adults with autism. His work with the PARClife Foundation reflects his dedication to breaking down barriers and empowering individuals to achieve meaningful, self-sufficient lives.
When not at work or volunteering, Michael enjoys spending time with his family. His personal interests include traveling, snowboarding, and making the most of quality time with family.
Kailie Kipfmiller, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Kailie Kipfmiller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed behavior analyst in Michigan. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University in May 2015. By August 2018, she received her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, also from Michigan State University. Her thesis evaluated the training of front-line employees to conduct visual analysis using a clinical-decision making model.
Kailie went on to provide services for children diagnosed with autism and related disorders in the clinic, home, and community settings. She also provided consultation services for several clinics in the Michigan area, as well as utilization management and care management in behavioral health for families receiving ASD services. Currently, she is working in a local Intermediate School District serving students with IEPs by providing support and ongoing training to teachers and staff.
